This is a Hodag. Its a frog-dinosaur fish monster thingy that allegedly resides in the wilderness of Northern Wisconsin. They swim around in the rivers and eat lumberjacks whole. Having grown up in 'Sconsin, I can verify that there were about eleven of these in my backyard at all times.
