Maybe things changed since my days about a decade ago, but there were virtually 0 females in the scene. Especially in the 0day/ISO/GAMES groups. Maybe there were some, but they were smart enough not to talk about their gender. Even in "lesser" fields like MP3 ripping, where the hardest part was finding a good supplier of CDs, didn't have any.

I know the cyber security world has a ton of girls, but the warez scene side was lacking to no end. I knew of exactly one, and she was only somewhat in that scene through the ASCII art world.

It's just terribly unlikely EMPRESS is who/what they say they are. Plus there's been rumors around he's a guy since the beginning since someone, a middle aged man, had cracked denuvo, disappeared, and then EMPRESS showed up.

I'm with someone earlier that I refuse to believe Empress is a zoomer because they talk like early 2000's internet speak. Women talk like that yes but it's such a dated way of speaking that you have to have been an internet faggot to know it. There is a lie here and I believe this is the most damning one we have.

Also adding, I'm going to be frank with you but most women who are in these circles do not ever disclose they're female on the internet because you're instantly viewed with another level of scrutiny that a male programmer is not. Most of the women I know, myself included, who have been in these autism domes just never mention we are women because we don't want to be treated differently. We work on our side projects after our jobs for fun and just smalltalk sometimes. The only group I've ever been in where everyone knew one another's gender was one that we were literally all voice/hand verified female anons who would [redacted] for fun and sometimes commission for money. I only got this elusive invite by off chance from another circle I was in online that was entirely unrelated to this level of spergatory.

It is a bold move to be "out" as a true and honest woman in the autistic coding world if not a mistake. We mostly have our own thunder-domes or stealth groups which is why males think women who are interested in this sort of thing don't exist lol.

People definitely simp for EMPRESS and even FitGirl. Males 10-40 will be the most likely ones to pirate PC games. There's plenty of people with the technical ability to figure out how to bypass copyright protection on games if you paid them to, there's far less people who are willing to do it for free. Also Empress doesn't share his secrets, as is typical for libertarian types.

If by secrets you mean how they do the cracking, then I think the "Don't Share Secerets" is done if only becuase if they did, then those behind Denuvo or any other DRM would easily patch in a countermeasure for it, forcing them to start from square one.
