It is bizarre because there are two parts to it. The first half is a pretty normal "I made a mistake, here are the facts, I am sorry to everyone involved" which is warranted because he kinda dragged Nexpo into it and accused him of having Muta suck him off, which is a pretty serious accusation to level at someone. The 2nd half where he is really laying it on thick is a direct shot a Muta's apology. Watch Muta's then watch Harmful's again, and it is pretty clear he is trying to contrast Muta using all sorts of deflection tactics, by calling them out and refusing to do so in his own. Like Muta saying that it doesn't matter if he lied about his credentials, his tech videos are still good. Meanwhile, Harmful states that it doesn't matter if his previous videos are good and accurate, it doesn't make up for the mistake.
