No, he 100% has the time to do youtube with his schedule with an IT based job like what he claims to work. Watched the video at 1.75x speed and man, all those eye-rolls I made whenever Muta brought up being an engineer and talked about how YouTube totally isn't his main job have all been vindicated. Most likely, he said to himself "I've built PCs and Hackintoshes, and I use Arch, btw, so I'm basically a computer engineer", and then he felt bad about saying that, so he used the much more honest term of video engineer. Of course, even this term is "Saar, do not redeem, saar, I am engineer" tier, but he almost certainly could get hired as a "video engineer", and if he was just plussing up his ego by calling himself a video engineer, nobody would really care.
Also, that part where he's talking about "making a codec for h265 to sell to Microsoft so that they can AI upgrade game textures" is so retarded that it calls all of his nerd credentials into question, and of course anyone working productively on h265 better be an expert programmer, which he apparently doesn't claim to be.
