i think the Tumblr forum is slow for the same reason that a Florida forum would be slow: it's florida, everything is fucked up and everybody knows that. it takes a while to pick out a real winner who deserves a thread when the whole site is befaggoted.

i don't know much about any current and ongoing SA drama because i learned years ago that the best way to appreciate the site is to not read anything on it. has SA become a Florida? if so, wow holy fuck, but yeah in that case it would probably be a slow subforum. regardless, i think most of the content would be submitted by jaded ex-goons, i.e. people who care enough about SA drama to want to poke fun at it, so really its popularity would depend on how many of those people we have here.

You are describing the Community Watch forum where the threads already are, though.

I think Null had the right idea with creating boards for subcultures like he did with the Beauty Parlour, since lolcows aren't necessarily contained to a single website and users who come here to criticise are typically reformed members of a certain camp.

I think it's fine to have a temporary sub-forum which gets archived once things slow down. It avoids threads about one place or phenomenon shitting up the more general forums.

Since it has no become clear that Lowtax has been cucked into submission by his staff of unpaid volunteers, I think a board would be a good (if maybe short-lived) idea. The staffers and users are both extremely on edge, funny posters are taken jabs at troons whenever they can and the new affirmative action mod is already melting down.

SA seems like a treasure trove of tard cum and creating a subforum would give people more incentive to dig for it.
