The only way they'll ever reinstate the draft in the US is if WWIII happens. Keep in mind the boomers in our political class got their first taste of power protesting Vietnam to the point they give themselves credit for LBJ not running in '68. It would be absolute political suicide since every male between 18-25 would be voting for the anti-draft candidate. Probably women too, since there's been serious attempts lately in Congress to force women to register too.

Granted, our ruling elite seem to be speeding us down the path toward WWIII with their greed, but still.

There's obviously an ulterior purpose for starting another World War, there are less retarded ways to get money, but they want to stuff human lives into a giant blender despite that. There's an old conspiracy theory that "the powers that be" are planning on eventually culling the Earth of freedom loving people and replacing them with Chinese bugmen who are accustomed to being micromanaged. If that theory holds true, that would explain why they want to change all our dietary habits to include garbage like bugs and other degenerative food products.

In fact, having a populace of fat whales who became addicted to their bad diets as a way to dodge the draft might be the real point of having the draft in the first place. It destroys all the able bodied men in two different ways, sending the earnest to die in gunfire and the cynic draft dodgers to McDonalds.

It's not as though any of this matters anyway, if you have a driver's license, you've already signed up for the Selective Service anyway. I don't imagine many enlistment aged people in the U.S. don't drive.
