I saw a hedgehog in the woods yesterday... It wasn't blue at all, but kinda small and gray-ish, and didn't seem to be able to run in excess of Mach 1. In fact it moved rather slowly and curled up into a ball when I walked near. Everyone knows hedgehogs are supposed to be blue and speedy, right? Maybe this one was sick or something.

Yeah, it had to be sick. Everyone knows hedgehogs are fast. It's not like an animal like a duck can out-speed a hedgehog.

And hedgehogs aren't rodents Sonic fans, rodents are herbivores with two sets of large front incisors that never stop growing, hedgehogs are carnivores and belong to a family of mammals that are all their own. Like, what the fuck kind of rodent eats chili dogs, at least a hedgehog might eat the dog part if there were no tiny insects around.

And here's a musing: wasn't Sonichu kind of a percusor to this kind of thing? I mean, I'm sure people did this stuff at home, for fun, but Chris actually posted his crappy fanart online, and dreamed about it being made official and so on (much like some of these people are doing).

Weirdly enough I think that's correct. I believe Chris made one of the first documented recolors with Bionic
