This has to be my most favorite issue ever.(the old version of the issue)
Chris educating us on Sonichu and Rosechu's genitals,China,Chris pointing out Sonichu and Rosechu's age, Sonichu and Rosechu having sex, Rosechu posting nude for 4 cent garbage (4chan/ED), them going to 4 cent garbage, the LOOOOOOOOOONG ass elevator ride (even longer in the older version), Joseph's forgiveness, Rosechu going into a feminist rage and choking Jason with her vagina, the Spring break, Blake having sex with Silvana disguised as Bubbless etc.
Wow that was one wild ride.

I don't exactly 'like' Sonichu 8, but in a sense, it's the apex of Chr1s-Ch@n's writing.

The reason why I like that in particular is because of how much of a surprise it is.
The previous Issues already had some offensive content,such as that time when Chris described that Jerkop gun or something and made fun of mentally handicapped people.
But seeing that Chris said he wanted to make it into a children's franchise,or at least it seems to me it was meant to be aimed at children,it's a shock that he would make two issues which had NSFW content all over them.
On the other hand,it's pretty interesting to see how Chris's mind reacted to trolls and the ED page: he made this abomination.
What's your favorite issue,if you have any?

Sonichu 0 Remake, incomplete though it is.

...oh, wait, you mean out of the real Sonichu. I'm not sure which issue I'd like, because I think I just have more of an interest in specific stories, but in a sense, maybe Sonichu #2 or #9 are the ones that come to mind best.

Issue #8 holds a special place in many Christorians' hearts because it perfectly encapsulates how the most important thing to Chris is his own ego. By this time, he had made his appearance on ED and was becoming big news on 4-Chan, and he only continued to feed the trolls by essentially whoring out his characters to prove his straightness, and all the while saying that in doing so, his female characters are strong independent females. It pretty much also was the beginning of the Sonichu train jumping the rails from a "TV-Y7" comic and becoming nothing more than a self-flagellating piece pandering to Chris' ego and painting himself more as a sexist narcissistic creep better than any troll could ever do on their own.

So, do I like the comic? I suppose I like it in the same way I like to watch bonfires- just a slow, steady burn until all that remains is just a charred ruin of what it was originally.

For me, one of the most disturbing sensations is that realisation when you read a work of fiction and realise that the author was masturbating while he wrote this. For that reason, Sonichu 8 is perhaps the most unnerving of all. Fanservice is common enough in cartoons, but Chris has produced something that is only appealing to himself and goes far beyond the pale even if you don't consider it to be the kids' cartoon he intended it to be.

Now I come to think of it, the fact that it's only appealing to him means that it is in fact welcomed by 100% of Sonichu's fandase.

As someone who was funposting it up on Sonichu threads on 4chan /v/ at the time I can't help but think of Sonichu #8 as something of a small tribute to us. ...So yeah, it's my favorite.
