Unfortunately, there won't be a review this week, and going forward updates are going to be bi-weekly instead of weekly. I'll be uploading a video soon with more details.

There are just too many of them.
Which reminds me, another thing I appreciate is the use of original, pre-retcon versions, with the original names and all. Most reviews on YouTube happened after 2009, so they're all reviewing the ones with Slaweel as the villain, Meg-Chan as the gal-pal, etc. - which removes some of the fun. Not to mention the retcon names aren't entirely obvious unless you know the whole story behind it.

That's something I've always made sure to do. I use the Sonichu Site archive the CWCki has, since the CWCkipedia links are all the retconned version, except for the Meg-Chan Ass-Shot Retcon, for some bizarre reason.

There may or may not be a review this weekend. Might be as late as Monday. :(
 
Linkara reviewed it the best...by saying the simple fact that Sonichu is too horrible to review.

Just wanted to say that I've been enjoying your work so far. I can't wait for the next episode.
 
You know, I like your style of review, maybe even more than the Nostalgia Critic, because you go into detail and explain things that the audience may need to know to understand said media, you have a calm quiet demeanor , and you don't go into extreme freakouts over random bullcrap. (I don't hate the Critic by ANY means, though)

Except for like the first 7 minutes or so of the Xin review. But that was supposed to be the joke, that the whole sequence was overwrought, self-indulgent, and had no relevance to the review. I'm not sure if that came across, but that was the idea.

Didn't see it as a joke, though I didn't mind it much as the rest of the video was the review.
