Because you chose to address the matter and give your opinion on it. HerebeDragons' first post I rated was made to tell you what pronouns to use when referring to Chris the second was made to tell you to address the issue in your video's description to " let your audience know you're aware Chris is a trans woman and you're aware of the issue," and then the third—which was rated "dumb" by three other people—was made to force her own opinion about Chris' "true gender."

I had to sleep on this before posting.

Personally I don't have a horse in this race and I'm pretty much indifferent to what Chris is saying his gender is now. This isn't me being transphobic or denying Chris any rights as a human being- this is me stating that Chris is a person who time and again lied about who he was and what he was doing to try and get attention. If Chris wants to be called "he" or "she" or "Yon'Shuggath, Devour of Suns," then whatever. All I know is that Chris started to wear feminine clothing to attract women and he still wants his sweethearts to "enjoy [Chris'] near seven incher damn cock!" - I am not going to deny him the right to be happy, but at the same time I'm not yet ready myself to believe him.

I don't see how in any way this is relevant to the conversation, nor is it any way constructive. All I see is you are trying to get a rise out of someone you are disagreeing with and resorting to name-calling. As I said, I'm not on either side of this conversation, but I will say that this kind of tactic in a discussion is something Fox News would use, and it is below you.

I can't speak for anybody else, but I understand and can appreciate this line of thought. While I disagree, yeah, Chris is a deeply confusing case, hence my huge post on the matter. Stuff like this is alright by me because the logic is "I have doubts that Chris is transgender", not "transgender is bullshit", which is a position many in this community genuinely take.

In any event, I'd rather this not become another thread for discussing Chris's gender. The first part of the Sir Billi review will probably be delayed till next week on account of me having a cold and thus being unable to record.
 
Hey there, I've enjoyed the readings of Sonichu and look forward to seeing the rest of the episodes, I think it was just some random searching to see who read the comics.
 
I'm happy to announce that the Sir Billi review is no longer in preproduction. This was a hard one, but tomorrow the voiceover recording can finally begin. Part one will probably drop next week, with part two the following week. Or, maybe, one on Good Friday, one on Easter? Who knows, ask me when I'm done editing. :D
 
For someone chronically confused about the Sonichu franchise... how much have you vocered yet? I stated this before, but i'm looking forward to fill my fridge with spacecookies, a truck load of unch and coke, and have my self a DStecks marathon some day.
 
Sir Billi will not be ready for this weekend. I've been having a rough patch and also trying to adjust my schedule to get more productive hours out of the day. I apologize for the wait, but I'm not going to lie, I fucking hate Sir Billi and dread working on it.

At this point my plan, after finishing Sir Billi, is to start working at Sonichu reviews to sit on, so I can do a Second Summer of Sonichu, with legit weekly content all summer. I should know at this point to just not fucking make plans since I always fuck up, but hey. I just want to be done with Sir Billi and done with Sonichu because it's hard to care anymore about anything. I want to make games in my spare time, since that was supposed to be my whole life plan, but now I guess since I soared past 1k subscribers that I've deluded myself into thinking that I might be able to make a go of things with video making, and at this point I have precious little hope for the future in any direction

Dude if its that rough just tell everyone and don't do the reviews. I'm sure people will understand.
 
Just finished recording all of the voiceovers for Part 1 and 2. Part 1 will be up this weekend unless there are massive unforeseen difficulties.

Massive unforeseen difficulties have been encountered. For whatever reason, Adobe Premiere has picked today to give the fuck up, so I'm biting the bullet and signing up for a proper membership instead of still using my seven-year-old copy of my school's copy of CS4. So very likely no editing today, but still projecting Part 1 to be up for Saturday. Hopefully.
 
I fuckin' did it. Part 1 of the Sir Billi review is done, and after a quick watch, it'll be off to the render queue and then to be uploaded when I get home from work around midnight.

I think it's gonna be good.

Just found out Premiere CC has a sexy new feature that lets me publish to YouTube automatically after the render is done. It's not fully featured, so I'm setting the upload to private, and (assuming it's uploaded by midnight) will fill in the info and release the video tonight.

Sir Billi part two is now rendering, which means that DStecks's story has come to an end. It's been a great ride, I've gone along way with him, but I'm looking forward to dropping any pretense of a character and just doing these reviews as myself, with no skits or bullshit.
