Boy, that sure is convenient, ain't it? Makes her a bit of a Mary Sue, doesn't it? She's "infected" but immune, and also cannot infect others, can fuck around all she wants, can't be reinfected with a strain that can actually "do stuff," etc. No wonder she's "brave" -- the stakes are low because she's covered head-to-toe in plot armor so nothing can actually happen to her.

Not exactly. It is WORSE! You see, her brain has a mutated fungus that is the source of her immunity. It produces a chemical that renders the spores dormant. Instead of analyzing the chemical to replicate it, they decided to extract the FUNGUS FROM THE IMMUNES' BRAINS! That kills the immune and the fungus. They had either the cure or the road to it but they killed everyone of the immune apart from Ellie to extract something that had no guarantee of being able to live outside of the host's brain. You see how bad the story is?

Yeah, it's retarded. At least Abby got fucked in the ass (even if she pretended to like it) once. Shame she didn't die though.

Parappa is like the most wigger non-actual-wigger character I've ever seen. And besides that - what are they going to make him rap about? The original games were more relatable to suburban kids that like light hip-hop aesthetics, and not O-block residents.


I'm probably asking rhetorical questions, but still - how can you miss the theme that bad?

I wanted to write something about them ruining the female characters, but I'm honestly not sure how would they even go about that, potentially - would they make them all dress like whores or do the "Strong, ghetto girl" type of thing? I can only say that they'd probably make Lammy and Katy butch lesbians - because the arist (LOL) and perverts in the fandom really like the idea of them being together.

They have already devalued their platform by pricing out the mainstream. Instead of focusing on expanding their player base Sony has decided to extract and squeeze as much money as possible from their existing costumer base. They don't care about the platform, they care about monthly active user engagement and extracting value through endless micro transactions, battle passes and live-service fees.

They increased the cost of their 6 year old hardware, increased the price of the online service that is required, not optional, to play multiplayer games, raised the price of digital games, require a Premium subscriptions just to download limited-time game trials and to top it off they have some of the worst refund policies in the industry. Whatever meager first party offerings they may retain as exclusive is not going to compensate the poor value they offer to the majority of consumers.
