Big companies can handle the DEI hit to productivity, it's also de facto required by law thanks to the civil rights act being the ultimate cudgel for Talmudic lawyering. That aside, Sony and Microsoft can sustain being unprofitable in their gaming divisions thanks to the revenue from the rest of their parent company's ventures. You don't need to, they can't stay afloat like this for long.
DEI is the initiation rite performed by foreign companies to join the world of global corporate Jewry. Also, the aforementioned is even bigger cope given the news of Japan importing shitskins to the great displeasure of any normal Jap. As always, the democratic process is a lie to placate the masses by making them think their input has any sort of effect on the decision making process of the powers that be.Sounds like the previous cope, "Japan will never bend the knee!" but toned down to "Well, they bent the knee, but they don't like it!" How long until we realize these companies DO like it, even in Japan?
I'm inclined to agree since every time I play a multiplayer game and notice that my teammates are the biggest waste of skin dipshits on the planet I'll almost always inevitably find that they're consoletards; And I'm sure the opposite experience of getting stomped/getting matched with hackers has been quite horrific for console players.Crossplay was one of the biggest nails in the gaming industries coffin.
