It has never been a better moment to fully embrace retro gaming. There are thousands of absolute gems going back decades that are easily accessible via emulation, repacks, recompilation or just plain old second-hand catalogs . No need to invest in overpriced hardware either as these can run on just about anything and with compatibility layers like Proton and developing ones like FEX, there will be no long term need to ever worry about being locked to a proprietary operating systems or hardware architecture. It is not that "you got old", Modern Corporate Western AAA gaming is shit because it is designed for the benefit of stock holders so everything has to be some sort of exploitative money or/and time sink.

There was an unbroken 15-30 minute gameplay video of that game and it plays like absolute shit.

Because they don't believe a single thing that they say. Like I said previously, they do that to fuel the cringe console war on social media and bait some Sony fanboy into buying their asset flip. Once the guy realizes that he got scammed, he won't get a refund (there is no 2-hour rule like on Steam).
When they (I think it's just one guy, Micah something) made Quantum Error, they said that they would never release it on Xbox One X/S because they are technically too inferior to the PS5. DreamcastGuy (a faggot) was so happy about their comment that he bought the game (of course) and he was trying so hard to not look disappointed by the asset flip.

There has been backlash in regards to Sony announcing that the Gran Turismo World Series will be hosting an event in Abu Dhabi, and Kaz's explanation that car culture is different in the UAE, and trying to open up to the MENA region.

I did get a :lol: from this GTPlanet comment saying he'd rather see a GT World Series event in 🇨🇳 or 🇮🇳 out of all places:

And no, China stealing Tesla technology to make ripoff EVs in mass isn't engineering cars, let alone how India is irrelevant in auto industry outside of it using the Jaguar and Land Rover brands under India ownership.

Considering how stupidly long AAA development times are, we’d probably still be seeing PS4 releases in the PS6’s life cycle if they weren’t talking about sunsetting some PS4 Online functionality (probably in a move to start fully sunsetting the PS4 to finally force people to upgrade, knowing Sony and making dumb decisions).

All this because everyone competent either retired or left to make their passion projects. Shit, the PS6 might just release in time for the PS5 to finally start getting games…

It really doesn't matter, the majority of people who buy the PlayStation do so as a setup-and-forget box they use as a gateway to access the most popular multiplayer games because they don't want or care to use a PC. These costumers will buy the PS6 as a natural "path of least resistance upgrade" to keep playing those same games. The model of using exclusives as a reason to buy a specific console died off, Sony only cares you pay for your monthly PSN subscription and to get their 30% cut on every micro transaction on all those F2P titles. Just look at the top 20 most played games between PS4 and PS5 right now, save for a few exceptions, these are almost the same:

There's a pic from a couple years ago which circulates on /v/ from time to time showing that the playstation related subreddits have a higher crossover of users with shit like interracial porn subreddits than other video game subreddits.

Unironically I think the liquid metal cooling is one of the most retarded decisions they've made. It's fundamentally compromised the reliability of the console, and it only exists so they can keep the obnoxious case design no one likes anyway. If they had just built it like the XSX, the stupid liquid metal bullshit wouldn't have been necessary.
