This. Trying to debate people on public platforms just isn't worth it anymore. Too many people have made up their minds from the get-go and giving them any new information or insight isn't going to change that. You're only going to tear your hair out doing so.
The worst Uncharted was 4 and she left halfway through along with others upset they pushed her out. She originally had Nate's brother Sam as a antagonist reveal late game and management hated the idea along with slow and disordered progress because TLOU was poaching Uncharted's staff, so she left and they handed it to Druckman who admitted he was influenced by Anita Sarkeesian and the concept artist to swap Nate's son to daughter, add more women, and make them girlbosses. He even btfo'd a focus tester who called it out. Who knows how much of her influence was even left in it but reportedly it was over eight months of fully completed work thrown out, characters cut/added, actors recast, and levels/gameplay redesigned to make it more TLOU-esque.
Forspoken was also her preliminary work but that got axed for what we got instead, she doesn't seem to be the problem and won't play ball with the agenda. She did work on Forspoken with Todd Stashwick, who also left ND with other staff after the leadership change nullified their contracts and they didn't like the weird script changes Druckmann was implementing. Maybe they should have listened to the one woman in gaming to actually have several successes under her belt instead of the corpo climbing Jew who said he based TLOU on his childhood in Israel. ND was founded by Jews, but something being from the motherland seems to ultrakike Druckmann. And maybe the head trauma as a teen, he's a literal
denthead.
Hennig has been absolutely mistreated by the gaming industry as a whole. Don't forget about Star Wars 1313 and how that was axed.

I just don't have a PS5. I have every Sony console except for a PS5 simply because it became less-and-less worth it. I switched to PC when the PS5 came out. The PS2 had like 1500 exclusives, so it was definitely worth it.

Modern writers (of all kinds, whether it's movies, TV shows, games, books, whatever) are fucking allergic to making permanent changes in their works of fiction. They're terrified of losing "popular" elements (be it a character, a setting, a planet, a space station, etc.) they can never get back or replace, because it forces them to create something new (or work out plotlines and ways for the characters and story to move on without those elements), and of course there's the burning drive to create "universes" that can be milked for decades instead of standalone stories or self-contained series.
This is the same thing the Star Wars sequel trilogy went through. Writers want impactful moments, but don't want to deal with the actual impact, like with the "deaths" of Chewbacca and C-3PO.
Is she really? I just think that model looks unattractive. I've seen women in their 60s, 70s, 80s, even 50s that aged better than that. Maybe women NOW aren't aging gracefully anymore for whatever reason.
I will admit that women on the screen today are not as attractive as they were probably 40-or-so years ago, at least in my opinion. Maybe I shouldn't be talking because I'm not that attractive myself, but my threshold for what is an attractive woman has not been that high, so I would consider, say, a young Charlotte Rampling attractive as well as Deborah Ann Woll, despite any imperfections she has. Hell, I'd consider Nicola Coughlan attractive, even though she's a bit chunky because I'm crazy.
But there is something off about women in entertainment today in terms of looks that was seldom in the 20th century.
