I really just find the concept of the villain kinda silly. he looks more like a henchman for the Green goblin more than his own villain. he also i think has like a bouncy glider if I recall.

Reynard is the old medieval fairy tale of a fox who did terrible shit to terrible animals that represented he various parties in power back then. It's a name you see a lot of foxes given (variations of the name are even the word for fox in some nations), so I figured that it would be virtually impossible to track to any specific individual.
