Mines a very clear cut reference to the anime "Welcome to the NHK!" where a fictional character inside an already fictional series is named Purin-chan but is sometimes referred to as Pururin.

In the free JRPG Barkley Shut Up and Jam Gaiden and canon sequel to Space Jam, there's a section where you meet rejected furries living in the sewers of Neo New York. The protagonist (Charles Barkley), not liking them very much, calls them "Gatdam Animal People".

I just switched People to Person and voilà.

It's a reference to the "Nykytyne2" account that Youtuber ContraPoints was using before he became ContraPoints. I eventually encouraged people to pronounce it as "Nyky Snottrans" and to pretend that it was the alias of a very snotty transwoman named Nyky (ie, what Nyk would've been like if he hadn't bimbofied himself as part of his trans-LARP). I even invented a silly backstory for "Nyky Snottrans".

Nyky Snottrans, neé Nicholetta Rancière-Snott, is a 90+ year old grannie trannie who was the second ever sexual invert to medically transition in Weimar Germany under the care Magnus Hirschfeld. Nicky's friend Dora preceded her, something Nyky always felt ambivalent about because Nyky wanted to be the first transwoman in history. As a result, LGBT history remembers and celebrates Dora but everyone has forgotten all about ole Nyky, who lives a quiet and withdrawn life with her 6 cats in Florida. Nyky saw the Nazis burn down Hirschfeld's research center with her own eyes. She remembers that day very well. It was at that fateful day that she knew she had to leave Germany and flee to the US. The admittedly odd name "Snottrans" is an Americanized combination of Nicky's original French and German surnames, Snott and Rancière (Nyky was married to a Frenchman in Germany).

Nyky knows the truth about what happened to Dora following the Nazi raid and why Dora seemingly disappeared without a trace after that day. Nyky has sworn to take the truth of what happened to Dora to her grave. However, seeing where the direction that transitioning has taken in the 21st century, Nyky felt a burning desire in her heart to share the truth about Dora. As her meeting with The Grim Repear grows near, Nyky is going to have to make a decision that could alter the course of LGBT history and the lives of transpeope worldwide.

I can imagine Nyky Snottrans being really snotty haughty, saying really offensive things about contemporary trannies, being a curmudgeon of a grumpie cat complaining about twinks: "Twinks? More like TWIGS! I could put those little girlie boys over the knee and snap them in two like a twig! No, in my day women were big and strong, and so were transwomen. It was easier to stealth back then. How do you think I survived all these years?"

"Nykyisnottrans" could also be read as "Nike is not trans", ie "The victory will not be trans". I guess that's the more combative TERFy interpretation of my alias. But I like the other one better.
