I literally know nothing about the sharty or its drama, it's too gay and zoomy-zoom for me. I do like soyjaks and think they're funny and silly however, but I guess I'm curious why do you download child porn even if it's for the "the lulz"? why would you play with fire like that, assuming in good faith that you're not a pedophile that jerks off to it?

I think he was the person who was spamming loli porn on the sharty a couple months ago, He is thought of allying with foodists, He supposedly got doxxed a couple weeks ago. He spammed the wiki with 'p and now he created an account on here. I would take this with a grain of salt since there isn't alot if info on him

I've sent over what I have to the FBI agent I've been working with+NCMEC. It is really strange that every single group is only one degree of separation from each other; you would imagine that people would be more careful with their privacy if they have something to hide from the public or that they wouldn't use personal emails to register on our websites. I guess the schools shutting down really did drop the average IQ.

I feel like working with the FBI is the only way you can do stop these "people" in this day and age, and just banning them and not reporting them not only actively helps 'cordpedos but helps them grow, being able to get other 'cordpedos who wouldn't of known about the sharty due to them being able to hide in servers acting as bunkers that would banned alot quicker due to FBI notifying discords jannies. In short i feel like it is our only option to maintain the sharty from 'cords (whos members are offsiters who only discovered the site through 'cord) and disagreeing to work with the FBI would only help these 'cords (and glowies themselves as the could do the same shit with 4cuck and 8chan).

The original soyjak colony was never made by Bu5t, and was created by Cobtrick about two weeks after the end of the Soypocalypse. It was sold to Bu5t who was already powerful in the server since he was one of its founding fathers, at around September when Cobtrick retired from the soycord. At the time, They tried to portray it as a "good 'cord", which was going fairly well and even had its own website (albeit it was a link to their 'cord) until the leaks came out of Bu5t being a pedo, which led to half of the active userbase on the 'colony leaving or spying on the server (it got nuked twice, once by me after the leaks). From then it was turned into a breeding ground for pedos and feds and started shilling itself onto the sharty and its splinters.

Well if an imageboard is to house a community, and the jarty is a community of sootists who felt like kuz was a bad admin, and the shemmy was the same but replace sootists with dollists and replace kuz with froot, then I think that would count.
8chan, from what I remember, was a splinter for gamer gate because of the disapproval for how moderation handled the situation, which makes it a splinter.
This also implies that only one imageboard (or website) can exist for one topic. 4cuck is technically a splinter of 2chan, but that's not a derogatory statement in any way because they have different user bases and cater to different people.
No, we don't, but I am going off the knowledge of what's proven right now. I see no evidence that soyjak.in was filled with actual problem people. Because of that, they shouldn't be inherently condemned and should be judged based off what's been proven.
There's no evidence for any of those things, but there's no evidence for many of the sharty splinters either. If sharty splinter admins are 'cord troons, then by the same metric of evidence, so should soyjak.party admins be.
I think that soyjak.party's admins have the most documentation on their wrong doings because of the eyes on them, that doesn't make them any less awful. Kuz, Doll, Root, and Froot were all Discorders with janny cabals that plotted on the site behind the scenes, stirring up all kinds of nonsense drama (the entire doll-max ownership problems, multiple images of the kolymacord and their secret rule sets, and Froot's FNAC discord).
Froot overtly wants to dox people he doesn't like, Angeleno sent false DMCA claims to others splinter owners, Doll and Kuz had their awful lover's spat. It's all Discord drama worthy of equal levels of condemnation.

I understand that you're working with the law on this, but if you can document the behavior patterns with some of these pedo groups (so long as they do not breach any duties or ruin any cases), it would be helpful for other investigations and keeping those on the internet aware and safe from harm.
I whole-hardheartedly believe that many of these groups are highly interconnected and in between different communities that happen to hold both edgetards and children in them. After seeing the Roblox BBC posters, the weird Siegetard and occult insignia, the CP spam, and the trolling/raiding tactics these groups use all share, I think a proper documentation of this collection of individuals is warranted. Thankfully, the thought of a mega-thread on these types is not original, but the fact that we have those with intimate knowledge of these groups confirming the same patterns of behavior over and over again, we might be over-due for proper documentation and investigation. Hopefully, if this happens, those reading can become aware of the patterns, call it out when it happens, and protect the vulnerable before they get sucked into some horrible hurtcore grooming ring.
