If the soysphere as we know it is coming to an end, its best to document everything that went wrong and why it happened, so communities of the future can learn from the party's mistakes.
I think one thing we can universally agree on is to just simply avoid discord at all costs. Even if you're a youtuber or something, it's best to just stay away from discord and those who use it.

The jarty started off as a bunker for soot-loyalists, and eventually became forced opposition and a den for banned sharty users to hide in.

Soy culture isn't even that hard to assimilate into. Anyone can look at archives or read the wiki and learn how to act like a soyposter in the span of a week. The problem is that it's very easy to force memes on the sharty. It's not like 4chan where users will just ignore you, sharty users will take notice very quickly, and they will either start posting the forced meme themselves or start ridiculing the one who is posting it.
This gives offsite members who just recently discovered the site a natural impulse to force memes that they themselves are accustomed to, from the community they were previously a part of (i.e. discord) instead of learning what the sharty is actually about. They just see it as a less-moderated version of 4chan we're you can spam anything you want.

You also have to consider the attitude at the time. Soyposters emerged due to how elitist oldchuds on 4chan were about wasting a decade on the site. So the soyposters thought they should just be kind to the newer folk and explain the culture, but sadly that just wasn't meant to be.
