Additionally the vpn and proxy ban was due to Jannies trying to crack down on ban evasion as explained in frootcord leaks. Feds wouldn’t need to even implement those rules as they have legal access to get the IPS used on the vpn services which were banned, which is why they didn’t implement it on the ‘cuck.
