You have to remember that they dont really take things seriously, so even the anti-porn posters arent going to write walls of text like this and crusade against bad posters. They'll just tell OP to kill himself and move on. They are teenagers, they live in the moment and have a tiny attention span and no long term beliefs.

You're half-right but I think they actually do take things seriously. Don't mistake post-post-post-ironic humor based around irreverence for a lack of dedication. They can raid boards, they can get them taken down, they can create their own imageboards & websites, they can dox, they will undergo projects like flooding Youtube's kids section with insanity. If you annoy them & they decide it would be funny to fuck with you they will. There's no rules against poking the cow on Sharty either.

If you happen to know, what extension would be useful for this? There's occasionally some half-decent fanart posted on places like the sharty (along with gems) that I'd like to save, but yeah this worries me a tad.

I think it must have been Appchan X because I remember it having a "-chan" suffix.
This guy on reddit was wondering the same thing as you. Try it out for yourself but I legit have no idea.

Essentially it's two non-soyjak meme posters falseflagging with the other's meme and an inflammatory caption, a /funkg/poster and an Ongezellig spammer.
Janny early on in the thread deleted most NAS images but doesn't really care anymore.
Poll is not otherwise interesting, polling on the 'party never goes well.
Oh, there's also been a lot of raids today. I won't bother looking for them but off the top of my head there's been about five.
