According to Lute, owner of jakparty.soy, he has received a threat of a DMCA claim from Angeleno, the current administrator of soyjaks.party and admin of soyjak.wiki.

Lute proclaims that, if he actually receives a DMCA claim, he'll drop Angeleno's Dox for doing so. I do not know the legality of him doing that, but it's floating out there.

soyjak.wiki's material is seemingly governed under a public domain-like CC0 license, yet Angeleno made a change to the wiki claiming that "Any unauthorized copying of wiki content will be met with a cease-and-desist."

Only time will tell how this situation evolves.

There's also a contradictory license statement on the wiki itself, with a "PUBLIC DOMAIN" mark in the bottom left; I'm not a lawyer, but if Angeleno is serious about this, I think he's going to get raped in court. Let's just hope that Angeleno's account and email was "hacked", and this is all just a big misunderstanding.

I do worry that, if Lute capitulates, it'll mean one less back up for the years of history saved on the soyjak.wiki, which in itself contains interesting details about various lolcows and pedos (such as Goonclown).

soyjak.wiki almost got de-platformed once, and if it goes under, the archive of knowledge may not be preserved elsewhere. Especially if Angeleno is going to get trigger-happy about DMCA claims against other people who reupload work submitted to the site.

On a more positive news, the 'teens decided to do a raid on Roblox (A). They raided various games, but I'll be focusing on the spray-paint game they raided, you can just check the thread to see the other 2 games they raided; one was a 2d model roleplaying game while the other was a battleship war game. The spray-paint game is what you'd expect, get your spray can and spray on the wall. Here's some notable moments and a video showcasing the artistry of the 'teens.

I don't think the site was supposed to be a Kiwifarms rape baby though. There's constant complaints from old soyteens about there being too many Discord Chuds that raid randoms without provocation and bring unwanted attention as a result. Let's not forget that the site was flooded with CP after they doxxed Goonclown and then they were shut down for good.

I'd agree with this mostly. Soot likely never intended the site to become some clay.party-tier underaged raid hell, but that's currently what the place is. The administration could put an end to that, and try to return to how the site used to be, by changing the rules, but they aren't going to, as much of the old-guard of the site is long gone.
Even if the site isn't what it used to be, the information on the wiki is valuable. Angeleno acting like an ass-hat by trying to stop people from reposting and rehosting it, especially when he has no actual legal authority to do so, is faggot behavior that should be shunned no matter what. It's the same scummy abuse of copyright law that lets butthurt YouTubers censor whoever they like.

I would strongly prefer if this creative drive was placed on adventure threads or developing "internal" soyjak culture such as the asylum, or the dying arts of soyquoting and soydueling. I would love to see folx roleplaying as soyjaks doing fun things like attending summer camp, shitting on the floor or going on family road trips! (My asylum threads on /qa/ got slid and I didn't necrobump them out of principle...) I feel like the Party in the year of our Lord 2023 is not about soyjaks but about random stuff that has nothing to do with soyak or the culture around him. I am disappointed with the direction the Party is taking. I would only approve of FNaC if it somehow got Markiplier to do an AMA on the Party. We need to get the people who were made into soyjaks to do AMAs here. Why stop at Nojak?
