New discord drama is unfolding in this thread [A] about roblox raids being banned by froot, turns out the roblox raiding group is part of the Afterparty discord server where the group's owner,Anonomo is a pedophile and his friends are aswell. Root is in the thread saying how Team 4 will be on this case.

What will actually physically kill the site is not having a competent admin

I hate to admit it, but the original incarnation of moot pre-cucking was the ideal chan admin, mostly because he and the jannies shut up and left things be and things largely ran smoothly

That said, I don't blame anyone normal for not wanting the lowly and burdensome task of adminning an imageboard

The problem is that the infestation is a multi celled superfluid hydra, as most child grooming rings are, and that while there's active rejection of said infections, (which is an improvement over past administrations), there still is a lackadaisy that allows them exist and persist because "Tolerance of internet degeneracy/chichanery" How these people operate and think is "Well, the website is fine with x, so I'm going to push forward with y, even though y is clearly not okay."

e,g, "The website is fine with exposing teenagers with pornographic images of Nikocado to a mostly teenage audience, so this means it is okay to lure in teenagers and kids with fake Robux scams into our Discords, and intimidate/blackmail them into self harm or taking pornographic images."

e.g. 2 "The website is fine with people openly doxing and harassing people for little rhyme or reason, so it is okay if we enter the Discords of people we don't like and try to swat them and destroy their lives."

You know how there is a whole "Don't ween/do stupid shit here" thing here at Kiwifarms? The people who are a problem to Soyjak party, The Infection/Las Plagas, (your Discord/GIH/Ironic Pedophile/Troll Legion/Hurt Core/Nazi Satanist kool-aid chuggers) feel as if they have free reign to push their infection, because there not only is there no "Don't be a retard" rule, but because over the life span of many administrators, said behavior was tolerated and even popularized. Kuz with ironic (?) pedo/hebephilia, Froot with heavy handed trolling and IRL ops.

It's like curing your extremely advanced athlete's foot flare up, that has attracted botflies and maggots that have burrowed deep into your foot, but still not changing your socks. Go full scorched earth and start handing out permabans for anyone found to be involved with a discord or even discussing related drama. of course, that will never work if the admins themselves are using the site, so the change would have to start from the top

It will never happen. Anything that would improve the sharty, even a tiny bit would be considered rulecucked (by froot.) Eventhough the entire point of a janny and an admin is to do rulecucking.
