Plagued Soyjak.Party / The Sharty - The altchan born from the ashes of /qa/; also a containment thread

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
An interesting trend I've noticed with Soyjak doxes and raids. "This one raid is very well received and is being praised for shutting down a pedo ring; thus I am allowed to dox this literal who on Twitter because the whore did not wear a hijab."
It goes back to this idea of the Sharty being a melting pot of various people from various sites, discords, and the like, utilizing the sharty as a gathering point of somewhat anonymous means.
Same deal with Doxbin really. "Hey, here's a site specifically meant to fuck with internet assholes who think they can get away with crimes and being internet assholes"
>Retarded 14 year old l33t hacker fortnite "DURR DAT MEANS I CAN TOTALLY DOX MY MOM'S BOYFRIEND BECUZ HE ISN'T MY REAL DAD AND HE TOOK AWAY MY XBOX LIVE FOR A WEEK"

There's a way to fix this, but I don't think Froot or Root actually care that much, just have moderator approved dox/raid threads, if offsite literal who doxers want to do their literal who doxes, they can do it on their own sites instead of the Sharty.

The problem either this approach is that it opens the administration up for lawsuits should one of these people who get doxed and they want to seek retribution. For the anonymous root, froot, and dev, it's not that big of a worry, but for angeleno or I it's a bit more of a worry which is why we try to limit the scope of doxes to disgusting freakshows and strange people. Not to mention the literal whos that get caught up in the rush of dox threads that really don't deserve it.

Also, that's not even true albeit, the kways fall had very little long-term impact on the sharty.

The shlog shall prevail. Seems to be going in a good direction.

That's because kway immigrants like myself tried to salvage something of a /qa2/ on /bant/ and /int/ before giving up. Many /qa/ soyposters found out about/revisited the site to stay in 2022.

Your team is still open to lawsuits over the raiding threads, even if you aren't personally choosing the targets. Having the /raid/ board (and allowing it on /soy/) is a legal risk for you.
