This is actually an interesting point, these applications could get abused. Although would they really be so obsessed as to check every single IP to check for Froot disrespect? Also, I would assume jannies get all of these benefits already, and they're genuinely the only people who would outwardly defend Froot, the rest have criticised him at one point or another.

This makes zero sense. Your reasoning isn't sufficient to explain why the site will stagnate over this. And who the fuck else should approve the applications?

Sure, you could enable IDs, but having raw data really helps admins when it comes to networking. Anyways, this doesn't make sense as a privacy thing, admins can just bypass it, they're the admins. Unless this is just for show and to make a point?
