its low effort carbon that probably shouldn't have been on SPVA. In the old era this would be given two comments on the booru, one being "gem" and the other being the booru spam copypasta of the week. This post would have been forgotten about quickly after thread that it was made in died.

The fact it IAS and isn't self-insert dust makes it more similar to oldteen (or soydult if you will) culture rather than nusoigoogoogaga dust. It's not that gem, but not that coal, it's just kind of nothing.
