OPMAN BILL ISN'T DEAD!
So, here's the plain and simple version of it all: I do not really have, and have not had, the time to finish this thread's OP. Furthermore, my interest in lolcows and the internet in general is basically gone. I only came to look at this site today because a coworker mentioned Daniel Larson in passing and that got me wondering what that retard has been up to. Apparently he has been up to quite a bit. I apologise for my inconsistency in the past and for the incomplete OP, genuinely. It's rather unfortunate that a thread which is both active and beyond one million views has been completely abandoned by its original poster. When I started writing it, I had a totally different conception of how my life would be and of the amount of free time I would have to spend on such a frivolous thing. I also didn't expect it to become this large or for the stupid website it's about to still be fucking up. I honestly figured the site was done for the last time I checked up on you guys. Unfortunately, I have a life, a rather hectic one at that, and it has continually kept me from finishing and updating the OP whenever I have had the minute interest and time to try and do so. Honestly, at this point in my life I really do not care about the internet, its silly drama, and especially not a retarded 4chan offshoot I used to post on during what were probably some of the least enjoyable months of my life. Thus, I will not make an effort to finish what I started here. None of this shit is real and I have been infinitely happier with it out of my life entirely. I genuinely implore all of you to touch grass, in the nicest way that can be possibly said. It's quite nice and I regularly wonder how I went so long without having done it regularly.
Now, I know that 'I'm not doing shit. Fuck you guys'. isn't a very polite announcement to make and it's certainly not what you lot want to hear. It's not the one I'm here to make. In the last year so much has happened and I literally know nothing. To try and update this thread on my own would be nearly impossible and my old notes are most certainly outdated. On top of that, as I have already stated, I do not give a single shit about this thread, Soyjak.Party, or really the internet in general beyond Facebook (not joking) to contact my family and friends, a few gaming buddies, and using it to pirate movies and music. So here is my proposition to you autists: Come up with what you think needs to be included in the OP (information that newfags need to understand this gong show of a website and what you want for your own reference) among yourselves and then send me write ups and files to be put into a new and improved OP. They do not have to be perfect; I will edit them for style and grammar. You guys probably do not want to live with a shitty, half finished OP. I do not care if it's the way it is or not, but what I will do, if you guys want me to and are willing to put in some effort, is implement your changes. I am only doing this because I am sorry for my prior inaction and am only willing to do the bare minimum. The last time I fucking thought about this thread was when I was online here last, which was like 9 months ago, and once this is situated it will go back on the back shelf of my mind where it belongs.
