He says that in communist society workers won't be forced into specializing in only one area of work for life like in capitalist society, and gives an example of someone doing different types of work throughout the day. That's not saying everyone will do every job at once, or that no-one will specialize in anything anymore.every person in a communist society would turn into an ubermensch aryan chad able to do every job at once.
