This is the kind of customer service that makes other people who sell their own products seethe. Flashgitz actually gives a fuck about their customers and within days took responsibility for something that wasn't even their fault to begin with (unless you count personally choosing the sweatshop factory if they actually had a choice in the matter), and are personally replacing the item at their own expense. Good on Tom and Don for being on top of things.
