The Civ13 sub-community of ss13 has always been really, really retarded. The servers have been dead (metaphorically) for years, but somehow there's always drama with them. If you do care you should set up a rival server, perhaps under a different identity. There's definitely a market for a server and codebase that's in-between kiwistation and the trooned out servers on the hub.
