I cannot go very in depth but Bhijin has been around longer than most players at this point. He's the "Lead Developer" of Citadel's "Main" server. Both of these are in quotes because "CitMain" has been dead for years and nobody plays it, because more popular pornsick pits showed up over time like Hyperstation and Skyrat. I'm not sure if he plays anymore, and seems to be more active in the SS14 sphere? Not sure, not around there. He's also '"plural" and "genderfluid" with a long list of pronouns. He's atleast vocally against pedophilia/zoophilia but he's also friends with the GroomDen people so you tell me if that's true or just a front.

Teshari are not a creation by Citadel. Teshari originally went by "Resomi" and were created as a commission for Baystation12. Bay12's history with them is really really funny as they had lore-enforced metacliques. Maybe someday I will write up on it because it's so autistic and pretty symbolic of Baystation, the good and the bad. They were renamed to "Teshari" by Vorestation, and they spread from there. Baystation has long since removed them due to the afforementioned really funny history. It's almost sad, as the original concept art which you will probably never find outside of this thread, was completely unlike what they ended up as, which is diet Avali.
They were created by Zuhayr, who created Baystation's best species (basically all of them except the star wars rip off Skrell). Unfortunately I do not remember who commissioned the actual species but it wasn't anyone who is around anymore.

Anyways, most of the then still remaining "normal" Bay playerbase were not really happy about addition, it was kinda forced from a meta-clique Avali fetishist (honestly, if Noah Gold Fox was slightly less autistic this might've been his doing). One example: literally every few rounds someone had a "human-resomi marriages" being held by the metaclique,. Other lore "issues" (tl;dr why wont you fetishize my snowflake race) present and the bay staff team also didn't like it too much.
Snapshot came in as a maint as some point and killed it off (by deliberately negletcing to maintain it). However, snapshot (archive) was then yeeted for being an abject do nothing waste of space head-dev, this was revealed to the light after Lorenluke (a bay lore writer) who got yeeted from Bay, he was also part of Polaris too.
Bonus mention for Atticus and Asanadas (headmin) on bay, those two would both meet rather untimely demises as with all retards that admin bay.
