I remember when Humberto Ramos came to Singapore for a signing, I had brought the X-Men Supernovas TPB to be signed. I was looking from a distance before queueing up and could see that he was charging for his signature alone. Way back in 2011, this was unheard of. Sketches alone cost $80 and I was taken aback. He had his agent or guide interact with the fans, it seemed he was so above the peons, that kind of air and attitude he had.
I was put off by it and got my Age of X HC signed by Leinil Yu and Mico Suayan, they were all around class acts. I put the Supernovas TPB in the book donation at the national library afterwards.
Sad about readcomiconline as I caught up with a lot of reading through that site, but alternatives do exist and I think it's up with a readcomicsonline, with an "s"
Ru has some problems, minor but still. It's interface is fidgety, I think it lacks an all pages option, it lacks a lot of comics (li had 3 separate versions of punisher max, 1980s daredevil, hitman and couple others based on original release scans and rerelease scans. Ru doesn't even have some scott campbell comics and I think savage sword of conan. Varietys nice), not ideal. My only options are getcomics downloads, which sucks or libgen downloads, which also sucks. Someone suggested batcave so I'll check that out.

readcomiconline.li is working for me, although it wasn't this morning. It did give me a bit of a spook, since the biggest utility that ReadComics has for me at least is the ability to bookmark shit. I have over 200 comic series/oneshots/etc. bookmarked. Might be worth just downloading all the stuff I have bookmarked and having it on my NAS rather than just relying on their website. Also I read a lot of stuff online anyways, a lot of ReadComics' scans are outdated or not great for some of the obscure stuff that I like.

It's not working as of now, fuck sake, i knew i should've finished the Clone Saga months ago. Honestly, it was inevitable and quite surprising that they managed to host this site for so long.
Still, a sad day though.
Damn, that's pretty sad, actually. RCO was the only place I was ever able to find the original Jonah Hex series to read. Even looked for paid versions at one point but there was really no other place at all that hosted it. RIP RCO, it almost got me in trouble in high school once, but it was the real one.
