Request your avatar to be spookified. I'll be happy to volunteer (I'll also do animated avatars as well), but anyone else who wants to tackle one is free to.

Post the avatar or image you want to be spooky. If it's your current one, post a larger version of it if it's available to make it easier. Try to be specific of what you want on it.

E: To give you the maximum flexibility, it can be any picture of a B-1B.

Not in my wheelhouse of skills at all. I'll look for examples, but a total re-write might be in order.

Edit: Maybe it would look good with trashhand font, to appear drawn on? TIA for your time and consideration.

I browsed through my text library and couldn't find an exact match, so I went with Emmet Regular. The text you suggested would be a bit too small to read, so I edited it a little:
