Spotify help? Am I being hacked or is this just an insane glitch?

Like someone else mentioned, if your spotify is logged in anywhere else, you can play to any device that was logged in. I realized this when playing music on my phone but couldn't get audio--it was actually playing to my work desktop computer after hours.

When I changed my facebook password, there was an option to log out of every possible device. I did and relogged in to my computer and phone, then it happened twice again writing the post. When I changed my facebook password I used a phrase but didn't realize to hit "hide password" until the end lol so they only would have had to guess the last word of a phrase if they were watching my screen. The only time I downloaded a dumb app on my phone (ad free pandora), I immediately hard reset it when it didn't work as expected and never tried again and ended up buying spotify months later. I pirate shit on my computer and watch ad heavy free sports streams but I like to think I am pretty good at computer hygiene. Probably just going to go offline and reset everything like you said, thanks

This is also a wakeup call to use a password manager. I can not remember that shit without being compromised
Realistically I'd expect someone wouldn't have hacked your devices, rather your account. Still I always just do a wipe because I'm like that. I don't know anything about mobile malware but experts say normally just rebooting a phone gets rid of most malware that isn't part of an app you installed.
Keepassxc is a good offline password manager but you'll want to be certain to back it up to at least a couple of other places, maybe even export it to a csv periodically and print it out.
