Her mother makes her pay for rent and food, and she seems to be allowed to go work just fine, does she not have any friends from work?

My guess is "isolates me from friends" is her mother telling her to stop spending so long on the computer and go outside.

@seagull already debunked the true motives behind this. This is likely one of the worst things Spring has done. Way to disrespect the deaths of trans people who are legitimately suffering.

This is the Springtrap equivalent of "Will Chris ever rape someone?". Though both show a desire to (Chris with his creepy advances and Spring with her "ILL STUFF YOU IN A SUIT" posts), neither will ever actually do it on account of being, well, them.

I do believe Spring has a psychiatric disorder, just not an edgy one that she claims to have. Most likely some deep-rooted issues centred around feeling loved and self-confidence, which is why she uses, manipulates and goes through partners the way she does. Which also explains the identities; she wants to like herself so she goes through 'kin' in an effort to be something she likes. Either way, she's not going to kill anyone.
