Yep. She needs to swap it out for a (shorter) straight barbell, preferably titanium or niobium, asap. (And you can get those for SO. CHEAP. on sites like bodyartforms, so there's no excuse for not getting proper, quality jewelry.)

In the first picture, it was pretty clear that she was using a barbell common to eyebrow piercings but it looks like she might have changed it to a straight bell for whatever reason. Only it's still too long and she's fucked up a basic procedure that can be done for dirt by a local piercer. Go figure.

That's really sorta funny in a sad way, considering the sheer amount of fucking yaoi content she consumes and unironically enjoys. In a lot of these comics/movies/fan art that she reblogs/likes/projects on, there is no indication whatsoever that the overwhelming majority of characters she likes to bastardize with her shitty RPs are anything but cisgender males in canon.

Generally, anything that doesn't have some sort of gender/sexuality issue is apparently problematic and part of the CisHet Agenda™ as far as tumblr is concerned. This being applied to gay men, however, is very new, considering how m/m ships tend to be the most popular among their fandoms, and I guess with Spring, fujoshit is a-okay as long as the characters are labeled as genderspecial in her pea-sized brain. (This still doesn't apply to any female-bodied characters though, because no matter what they still don't have a penis, which is what's most important in shipping for her.)

Like clearly those guys are cis but they probably all headcanon them as "gendersomethingstupid, stargender or some shit" and that makes them trans/not cis even though the character in question is fine with their body and gender presentation
