A few weeks before it came out I found out about this tank building game called Sprocket. The whole idea of the game is that you can build your own tanks. I bought it on the day of release. One of the first things I designed was a meme tank with over 600mm of effective frontal armor nicknamed the Shitbox. It's probably the most fun game that I've played in a while simply fucking around with the transmission, torque, and the design of the vehicles. (Note the images are from the first release when the suspension was buggy.)

There's also scenarios in which you can take your tank out to fight other AI tanks in these scenarios. Taking my tanks out to fight are usually a delight. It can show what flaws your tank has and improve on the design if you want to. But as with all tank designers, you'll also get those people who design cursed hunks of steel shit. Some funny, and others will make your mind short circuit on how fucking cursed they are.

The game is definitely worth a buy, I've already racked up 20 hours in this game 3 days after it's been released. You'll be able to have endless hours of fun tinkering around with your designs, tweaking them, and working out all the errors. Or you can create Eldredge horror tiers of cursed designs if you so choose. If you do buy the game, it's 100% worth it.

So there's been an experimental update on the game and now you can set up custom battles with any combination of tanks you choose, even the ones from the campaign that aren't ordinarily playable. So that's pretty cool.
Check out some of my Bongland tanks.

Here's the no. 2 next to a B4. There's not a whole lot to say about it, it's just a relatively smallish WWI tank.

Next is the no. 5. This is an early interwar tank made to compete with WWI tanks, so it has very light armor and the gun's not particularly impressive, but it can easily outrun its peers.
no. 5.png

Here's the no. 10. It's the proper interwar tank with 2 fully crewed smallbore guns which are fired individually for a high volume of fire. He's a big, angry boy.

Now getting into WWII we have my early war tank, the no. 21. This one doesn't look too special but the stats on it turned out great and it can easily compete with midwar tanks. This one turned out to be an aggressive menace that I'm sometimes scared to play against.
no. 21.png

My midwar tank is the no. 31. It has a smallbore AP gun on the turret and an explosive cannon on the hull for destroying tracks and launching the enemy's turrets and such.
no. 31.png

Finally, we have the no. 48, my latewar supertank. This one has 4 smallbore guns that fire in pairs. This is a guaranteed kill on anything that it can penetrate. One nice thing that I've noticed with this tank is that the enemies often aim for the center of the turret, which in this case is a flat slope with no weak spots. I love this brutal monster, it is the ace of my hole.
