Porn artists aren't usually known for keeping characters' physical characteristics very precise, so I doubt it will bother them that much. As for restricting her breasts with a clothing that's not as sex appealing, then that really depends on who you ask. You will certainly find some people on the Internet who think that hijabs and burqas - clothing whose sole purpose is to cover women so as to make them as sexless and featureless as possible - are the sexiest clothing options available. Tifa was pretty attractive in the art of the original FF7, and she looks just as attractive in the remake, albeit without much/any of the expected breast jiggle physics, and her outfit is still rather skin-exposing (bare midriff is still there, and everyone loves a good bare midriff), so it's not a gigantic issue. However, I don't have any personal stake in this, since I'm not a fan of the series in general, so take it with a grain of salt.
On the other hand, the simple fact that ethics departments exist and are becoming more widespread is very concerning. The implication is that these companies will now ask the developers whose games they publish to compromise their vision for the sake of diversity or to appeal to some minority. Where's the fun if you're afraid to leave someone behind or have a bit of a laugh at someone's expense?
