AFAIK nobody's getting penetrated by these floppy socks... even if the pooner gets an erectile implant, the vasculature of the neophallus is nowhere near as robust as that of a real penis. Just like how the urethral graft commonly fails or strictures, getting penile implants in neophalluses commonly results in rejection.
Rotdogs dont seem to do as well as natal penises when it comes to recovering from an erection implant. They don't have the network of strong, tough blood vessels and connective tissue a real dick does. The best thing I can compare it to was this male friend of mine who got a c-shaped barbell eyebrow piercing, and over time and because of its location the piercing worked its way back out of his eyebrow and the skin on one side got thinner and thinner until it just fell off one day and left a v-shaped cut on his eyebrow.

Same, what he went/is going through is objectively horrifying and not the sort of TTD anyone should wish for. Thanks for both taking the time to check in on him and reporting back here so we all know he's still out there and alive, fren.
(I also wish him all sane thoughts of detransition, even if he's got to be a Ken-doll eunuch/nullo for the rest of his life. Hopefully he doesn't just huff so much copium that he ends up coming back and telling others how he's fine and dandy now. He could be a force for good in their world if he wakes up to the reality of what's happened to him and starts speaking the truth to others. But mostly I'm just glad and amazed he didn't rot to death from the inside out)
