I think it counts as sufficiently related, since Sseth provided the voice of the player character's ancestor spirits in one of his New Vegas videos.
 
I dunno if anybody else watched his twitch League streams, but they are a part of my core memory and it's such a shame there is literally no archive of them. To those of you that don't know, he was playing mostly Trundle or Kled top, some of the most brain-dead characters, and every time he died or experienced any pushback he would scream "Cause Riot Games fucks Dogs!" Like five times in a row. To this day I keep quoting him at random moments.

As someone who suffered with scoliosis in the past generally if it's as bad as he's describing you can get corrective surgery for it and since he's some breed of euro poor it should be free to him of he's actually suffering. There's no need to give yourself schizophrenia or whatever he's claiming it's caused him.

This is brutal. I really like this guy. His series on WoW classic holds a special place in my heart and generally speaking the effort he puts into his shit was always impressive.

He used to complain a lot about Youtube fucking him over, especially after his 3 hour long video on Fallout New Vegas which he said was like a year's worth of work or more (instantly got fucked by copyright like an hour after he finally uploaded it). The uploads really dragged to a crawl some time after that.
I get that burn out. It must suck. But what he's dealing with sounds way worse. Part identity crisis part youtube induced schizo.

He's basically saying the whacky persona that comes with his videos is a real and tangible 'personality split' brought on by mental instability. It sort of recontextualizes his entire youtube presence. And it was clear he wanted to make youtube a full time career. But in order to do so you have to consistently upload to get in with the algorithm, and even if you do, you have to avoid controversy or rocking the boat and treat it like a corporate business. It *is* soul crushing because ultimately it isn't how humans are meant to interact. I feel him on not being able to express yourself online, but he's running a gaming channel, you're not saving the world against tyrannical oppressors with that.
Comment section is a mix of retards and people who are earnestly calling on him to seek help. I genuinely wish him well.

This would be a good time to archive his channel or favourite vids, cuz something tells me, that he might get a manic episode and delete either his entire account, or private/delete most of his videos, I should still have some space on my backup drive, will see, what i can do.

Look, I have a neutral viewpoint of the guy, so I don't hate him or anything, but every youtuber has to deal with copyright shit. He's not special.

It's annoying but its honestly not that complicated for new videos, just gives you extra work - You upload them in private, wait a day or two for the bots and manual verification and the re-edit whatever they flagged. This strategy has worked for over a literal decade. It's not like you can't find videos about Fallout: New Vegas on the site.

I remember this guy being a pretty big Youtuber so I know he had money - It's a bit hard to feel bad when you have a ton of resources and still use them for drugs and messing with minors instead of, you know, normal life shit and keep working at your autism gaming videos. Dunkey was also a League Youtuber and he's doing fine posting shit about every game he wants to shit on and (I believe) hes happily married.

I hope he recovers from this, but you really don't need to go like "ohhh hes just a poor little bean that has been crushed by the big bad youtube and the burnout". He ruined his life himself, he had chances to do the right decisions and he just took the wrong ones instead.

Yep. Dude was good friends with Barny64, who is a gay druggie that trooned out after his WoW videos got big. I swear something about WoW brings out the worst mental disorders in people who are predisposed to them. Well, that and the drugs. If Sseth ever makes a World of Warcraft video it's so over bros.
 
Uberdanger is what, late 20s? If yes, this could be schizophrenia, likely self-treated with drugs for years. If he smokes cigs, you can call it. (Something like 80% of schizophrenics smoke cigarettes because nicotine mildly reduces symptoms.)

I appreciate his humor, but I prefer his older videos that lack a marketable™ voice and the fast-paced, brain-frying 200 APM editing style.

I remember having a good laugh at his vlog after the Terraria video got struck for using obviously copyrighted music, with him lamenting over it the whole time. That was when I realized the guy might have some actual issues beyond your average autism.
Hearing that he never recovered from that incident, and that he apparently learned nothing from it, using copyrighted music again in New Vegas and triggering another round of claims, tingles my schadenfreude like nothing else.
Leaning that he also specked himself into a Schizo-Junkie build is just a cherry on top.

I had a bad time during covid since I worked and shit. What is going on with UrberDanger is retarded and should slam down 3 shots of Whiskey and immediately schizo post random shit.

Don't drink too much though. I don't want to see another Mitten Squad. Shit gets better when you workout and when you recover slam alcohol while yelling nigger at random helldivers.

He *had* money. Apparently he was wasteful when he was younger, but let's not beat around the bush he was utterly retarded with his finances and apparently he had tax debt and shit like this so that lucrative youtube money dried up over time, he didn't treat it like a business. You can't make youtube a full time career unless you're on the ball with these things and play by the rules, no matter how much one may disagree with them.

Dunkey is a perfect comparison as someone who did things right and I fully agree. That guy has it squared away, he makes consistent videos, he mellowed out a lot from his early days as a LoL tuber and he's doing tremendously well for himself. He made a game publishing company, he even has a child nowadays! That's how you succeed with youtube as a career.

Uber could have been that. He was genuinely popular and much like Dunkey that popularity only grew when he branched from doing LoL content to actually good games.

I'm not saying Uber is an innocent baby angel and a victim of Youtube. I'm saying I am convinced the guy is mentally unwell and his manic nature is a contributing factor for him fucking it all up over the years. I sympathise on that part, that he couldn't differentiate his online persona from his real life. A huge wasted potential.

He's been friends and made videos with the guy since his League days, back when he went by Keyori.
