This is pretty funny to me, because it reminds me a lot of when boomers go on Facebook and yell "I DO NOT CONSENT TO MARK 'FACEBOOK' ZUCKERBERG USING MY PHOTOS" like it's a magic incantation to ward of evil spirits. The site itself doing this is, obviously, a step up from users whining, and maybe it'll stop a large aggregate like LAION from using some content there, but it won't stop any "bad actors" or just individuals who will scrape their target artist's work and do their own training. Actually, you know what would be funny? Setting up a scraper that specifically targeted HTMLs with this NoAI tag. That would be some fun salt to see in action. Also, Art Station is offering a bandaid solution to the artists sneeding over AI art.

Imagine enforcing a law against AI imagery. The funny thing is, all they can do is say "pwetty pwease don't use our images in your AI owo" Because there is no law against it, and being against terms of service doesn't mean jack shit if you're not a user of the site.
There will be an attempt, I already see these losers trying to brainstorm ideas as to how to manifest it (like the Disney guy a few pages back).Imagine enforcing a law against AI imagery.
Now I've been seeing people copying images from Midjourney, watermarking it as their own, reposting it to their groups & artist pages, or even turning them into NFTs.There will be an attempt, I already see these losers trying to brainstorm ideas as to how to manifest it (like the Disney guy a few pages back).
And that's the crux of their whole autistic biscuit, and it's sort of like penis-envy too. They can't stand the fact that AI affords average plebs the ability to create their own art.I've noticed the mask is falling off as to why they're ACTUALLY mad at AI art: they see it as "cheating".
Actually ask these fucking ludites to pick a piece of AI generated imagery. And point out exactly what piece of art, artist, and artstyle it's "copied". They will never ever fucking answer this question. Because deep down they know the AI didn't copy anything. It made something new. Maybe inspired by the same art they use to make their shitty Pixar and anime self portraits. It's such a disingenuous fucking argument they keep making. Purely out of insecurity at their obsolescence and lack of desire to "git gud" and develop a unique artstyle an AI can't cater for.More results from the model I built

Now, I get there’s some valid concerns about it being used for revenge porn and fabricating incriminating evidence, since I was able to generate realistic nudes of myself using 20 fully clothed images. However, the cat’s out of the bag, and all banning the tech will do is harm people just trying to have fun and make artwork.
Old steampunk spaceship, symmetrical, on the ground inside German castle ruins, high definition, moody, cloudy, diffuse lighting, tilt shift
Starting off with castle ruins provided a decent start point, so I spiced it up with some stained glass.Negative prompts: Bright light, low detail, low contrast, high reflection, floating objects, unconnected objects, unconnected outlines, blurred outlines, blurred highlights, lens flare, blurry lines, pixelation
Old steampunk spaceship on robotic legs, tarnished hull with one stained-glass windshield, symmetrical fuselage, set in a field of grass, high definition, moody, cloudy, diffuse lighting, tilt shift
Old steampunk spaceship on three robotic legs, tarnished hull with one stained-glass windshield, two delta wings, symmetrical fuselage, set on a field of grass, high definition, moody, cloudy, diffuse lighting, tilt shift
