As for DALL-E 3, there are torrents for it out already.

Why the blatant misinfo? I guarantee you DALL-E 3's weights have not been leaked and even if they were it would need OpenAI's in-house inference code as well because DALL-E is NOT Stable Diffusion. If DALL-E 3 was out in the wild and usable on local hardware someone's head would be on a stake right now. The closest to that would be someone distilling outputs and training a Stable Diffusion model on outputs obtained from DALL-E 3. Not only that, Stable Diffusion XL is 3.5b parameters and over 6GBs. DALL-E 3 is 12b parameters. You would need far more VRAM to even run DALL-E 3 locally.

Bing chat is using DALLE-3 now to generate images you request. Can also be accessed via https://bing.com/create. It's essentially unlimited, but do expect your prompts and outputs to get blocked if it's too obviously horny or unethical or you're asking it to depict a political figure. I'd say it's less locked down the DALLE when it first came out though. For reference, my current avatar was done by uploading my old avatar and telling it to make a halloween-themed version based off of the old one.

My favorite

The middle is especially lifelike with the papercraft-appearance and I wouldn't doubt it if I saw a video by someone saying it was something they made. I'm quite surprised too at how close the papercraft look is. The first and last one look a bit more plastic, especially with the cat but the middle just nails it. I also like how good it is with natural language. If only it wasn't by Microsoft (and didn't take forever)
