They have likely started plugging holes in their content moderation, so stuff that flew under the radar a week or two ago might be getting blocked now. It blocked me for including "Castro" in my prompt despite the guy being dead.


- Realistic Vision is solid for realistic photos, same with ICBINP
- Dreamshaper is sort of the Midjourney-lite for SD1.5
- RevAnimated is strong for 2.5d
- AOM3 is great for anime

Beyond that, just search for fun style LoRAs on CivitAI and mix and match until you get something cool. Another great resource is the images view, where you can search for the general idea you want and get ideas for base models, LoRAs, or prompts.

Thanks for this post. I played around with all of this when the first model got leaked, but took a break to let the tech mature a little bit!

Cucked Bing blocked Ruth Bader Ginsburg but didn't block RBG so I tried to make a spooky avatar.

Supreme Court Justice RBG drawn burning in hell in a comic book style. She is screaming in agony. Her flesh is melting off and hers arms are reaching upwards.

I like the left one more but the one on the right was funny for how much more brutal it was than the rest. For some reason the AI absolutely refused to not make her hair solid white/gray even when specified otherwise in other prompts.

I was thinking things were going to last longer than they would. The uber cucking has begun within the last day-ish, prompts now fail many times more than they did before or they do not work at all. Going back and checking ones I've already used causes many to fail. First they started to restrict how many boosts they were giving out and now this. This might be some of the fastest ai kneecapping I've seen in a while. Read some microsoft forums post and others concur, even celebrity names that it used to be fine with are now restricted, that's on top of not being able to ask for political figures directly before. Asking for simple clothing or styles can cause a prompt to be blocked. Big daddy microsoft has come in and says the funs over. Make socks as fast as you can and exploit what's still possible with the ai because it's going to be ruined before the month is out. I haven't seen a proprietary neural network developer walk back a decision like this yet, and seeing openai is the one actually responsible for this one, not m$, it's very very unlikely.

Keep going, and keep finding new ways to get around the filter. If they lobotomize it, we win. An "AI" that can't generate a black man carrying furniture or a muslim pilot of a plane is going to fail in annoying ways for normies.

Hopefully the open source community can quickly reverse-engineer what they were doing in terms of multiple objects / text inside generated images, and reduced prompt engineering. It's possible to generate better results than Bing with Stable Diffusion, but it currently takes more work and annoying fiddling with the prompts/outputs.

The big problem is most people can stomach a horrid amount of degradation in their day to day life before their mind can reason "oh hey, I should stop using this burning shit pile and find a better alternative" thus every continues to get worse across the board for everyone, people still use Google even though it's becoming useless and they have been proven to actively modify what your search even means, people use Youtube even though everything slightly off the reservation gets banned, the regular parts of the site keep working less. People still pay into streaming services as their prices increase, Netflix didn't even really get hurt much after Cuties when they really, really should have.

Only a worsening economic depression truly ends these things which is why open source is our only real option. Sadly, while SD was competitive for a while, it really isn't possible to make something better than what can be made if you write a good enough prompt in dalle 3, not yet. But it will catch up. SDXC is looking promising, but the hardware currently required makes it way less accessible. If SD can be made as truly simple to use as bing create then we've got a winning solution.

Really? I just tried to generate Pewdiepie and Mister Beast having a dbz-style fight and it let me submit it, although the output isn't great. It can conceptualize pewdiepie, but not Mister Beast. Interpreting that as werewolf-Goku is pretty great though.



Some celebrities appear to have been hardcoded blocked though, eg. Taylor Swift.

Yeah, we need ways to make it easier for normies. Still SDXL is probably the best option right now for people with a good GPU willing to learn a bit about the creation process. ControlNet is incredibly powerful for giving fine-tuned control over the generation process.
