@grok generate me a movie trailer heavily based on denis villeneuve's dune, but make the plot high fantasy involving magic swords. also make elon musk reply to it. also make it seem like the boy ages from 12 to 17 throughout the course of the trailer, but the girl stays the exact same age. also make the boy look exactly like the actor who played paul atreides.

During AMD's Computex livestream, Stability AI's CTO Christian Laforte announced that Stable Diffusion 3 ("medium" model) will be available for download on June 12.

AMD announced its "Strix Point" mobile APUs at Computex last year. These include an XDNA 2.0 NPU (dedicated AI accelerator) usually rated at 50 TOPS (INT8) of performance (they are overclocked in some models, and an upcoming "Gorgon Point" refresh should bring them to 55-60 TOPS). AMD CEO Lisa Su joked about how much die area was being spent on the new and larger NPUs, which met the 40 TOPS threshold to be considered "Copilot+ ready" by Microsoft.

One of the aspects of the performance claims was AMD's addition of "Block FP16" support, which is a new format said to have the accuracy of the FP16 number format, but the performance of INT8.

Now AMD is promoting a version of the Stable Diffusion 3 Medium model specifically optimized to run on these NPUs using BF16 capability, perhaps giving people with these NPUs something useful to do with it for a change.
