Riker's line about Lollipop is a reference to a Shirley Temple song, which was a reference to an airplane, specifically the Douglas DC-2. So I guess whatever starship most closely resembles this old beauty? She's old, chrome, and stubby,

I liked that show until it was obvious the show got sold off and it started to change and get more heavy.
Like that dyke officer who hated robot man b/c murder.

And that episode when they rip pilot bro from the past and take him from his marriage to his literal dream girl really bummed me out.
Edit: they kinda predicted the Covid pandemic in that episode.

I wanted funny ST, not "hey, we really, really want to be taken serious 'funny' ST".

I had to stop around then.

They killed Janeway off in season 8 and the show immediately got better. Seven got spaced, too. Tuvok's the sex symbol now. The fans have spoken. I'm not fully sold on the forehead thing, though. They poured molten latinum into his forehead. The woman love it. Imagine the sound when he goes down on a Klingon. Klack-klack-klack.
