Not sure I'd count the woman who got chosen to be Dukat's whore and then got Stockholm syndrome for him as a relationship, but ok lol.
Also, if Bashir was going to end up with any male, it would probably be O'Brien. I'd probably opt for a dude too if I found myself married to Keiko.

God, when I watched DS9 for the first time I thought Kira was such a gorgeous character but they always gave her such... emotionally poignant episodes, over and over.

Then, around the ending arc, when she switched to the Starfleet uniform, something clicked in me, and I'd die for a Nana Visitor looking girlfriend.

But on other things. Nobody dares to talk about that god-awful Section 31 trailer? I'd legit love for William Sadler to murder all these fools.

I hate that we now live in a world where everybody has to pretend like Michelle Yeoh is a good actress and not just a girl who was somewhat good at karate 40 years ago.

Ya she did have a different vibe when she was wearing the Starfleet uniform didn't she?

That Section 31 trailer made me feel... absolutely nothing at all. Although i wish they didn't try and make them into antihero quasi-good guys. I'll be interested to see the ratings this slop gets though.

The only thing that vaguely makes this Star Trek are the Romulan (?) and the transporter beams. Section 31 was never a good idea (and if it was, it's best used VERY sparingly), so it's sad to see them double down on it. The ships all feel like something from a generic space video game, and what's with that action?! Was it done by Studio MAPPA's secret live-action division? Not a phaser in sight!

They've already portrayed Khan as a necessary evil to prevent Total Romulan Victory down the line, so I doubt they would make him MAGA. Also he's Indian, so he can never be part of the party of white supremacy.
 
If we're talking about really bad trek relationships, I'm just gonna toss this one out there...

Kind of icky, seeing as he's like 20-30 years older than she is, depending on the actress playing her. (Regardless, he's old enough to be her father.)

Edit: Also thinking about it, there's no way he didn't know she was Dukat's daughter, and flirting with her would absolutely piss him off.

Ya Worf and Troi felt a little forced, but it was used for the sake of advancing the episodes storyline so I just kind of ignore it.

Garak totally knew she was Dukat's daughter; they have brief confrontation about it in Apocalypse Rising. Kira also warned him not to mess around with her in a previous episode. Either way you can tell it fucks him up when he sees her body at the end of Sacrifice of Angels.

Ro and Quark naw I'm not buying it. I'm glad it's a book and not canon.

I got the impression that Garak started hanging out with her to screw with Dukat more than anything, then to annoy Kira as well, and ended up actually building up a relationship of sorts with her.
Exactly what that relationship was seems confused, especially adding in the spoonhead love-hate stuff (which puts a spin on Garak and Dukat for sure too)
