We saw her in a regular Vulcan High Command uniform in the pilot, but once she's assigned to Enterprise, she starts wearing jumpsuits. At least with Seven of Nine, they handwaved it as something she needed to heal, but it's hard to buy T'Pol as a professional when she's dressed like this.

A skintight uniform is highly logical because it minimizes total amount of fabric used per outfit and optimally traps any body heat in chilly spaceships, avoiding valuable caloric loss.

Besides, outside of the Pon farr, she's not going to have any Vulcan males lusting after her anyways. Don't forget, this was relatively early in human/Vulcan relations.
 
To be fair to Troi, I wouldn’t say she was the hottest woman, but among a full cast of older men, she was bound to stand out as one of the few regular women who were also young. and reasonably atractive. As opposed to, say, Pulaski, who was already on the older side, or Guinan, who’s charismatic because the writers gave her good lines, but Whoopi wasn’t known for her beauty even then.

Marina wasn’t a supermodel, but she was fairly attractive, like a girl-next-door type, and among a cast of serious adult men, she naturally stood out. And she easily stole many trekkie's hearts. She was lucky she didn’t have competition from a regular like, say, Jeri Ryan was for Kate Mulgrew. She was a big fish in a small pond.

Well shit. I've been wrong before and, guess what, I just pulled another steaming pile right out of my ass.

I checked IMDb: Turns out Jolene and her makeup artist did change her eyebrows in season three to make her look more Vulcan. So the story I told was half true, and fans apparently decided to embellish it.

Troi always struck me as someone who would just lay there and starfish. I bet Pulaski fucked like an absolute champion. Doctors always get nasty.
 
Ezri is the cute girl-next-door. Jadzia is the femme fatale. They're two sides of the same coin. Both attractive for different reasons.

Beverly is still it in my mind, one of those naturally beautiful gingers that you know would shake that bed till it broke.

Deanna seems sort of like that Bronx girl that's kind of slutty but will ride or or die if you treat her right.
