Every episode feels like the showrunner yelling “REMEMBER THIS??” while shoveling TOS scripts into a woodchipper.

They already strip-mined TNG, DS9, and VOY for every possible Easter egg and callback, so now it’s just, “This is Ensign Jimmy Gornfuck, his dad was Cyrano Jones. A salt vampire bit off his dick in a flashback."

It's not just the scripts, they reuse music all the time. Every time there's a Klingon on screen you can hear the the first part of the Klingon theme from the movies.

Upon reflection, those images all look like AI generated slop. But it's real.

What is this set design? Add more reflective surfaces and pink trees to the background! How much fish tank do you want? Yes.

The Jem Hadar Kween is stuck in some sort of yellow cube void space.

I also like how they just pretend they never turned the Klingons into fish monsters. Nothing to see here! Never happened!

I’m like 99% sure all the Jem’Hadar in DS9 were played by jacked black dudes, right? So now we’ve got one that looks like a woman..... But they’re cloned meth-head shock troops. Which species is she supposed to be? She’s giving big “Fugitive Doctor” from Doctor Who, and not in a good way.

Something wonky about putting a fat person in full rubber lizard prosthetics. I’m sorry but these reptiles aren’t from an Arctic tundra. They don’t need fat reserves. Why are they built like they work the counter at a bakery in Echo Park?
