Starfield - Bethesda's new space IP: will probably be full of fun and easily trackable bugs

How do you think Starfield will turn out?

Starfield is gonna be more like Garfield, a fat cat that eats lasana LOL amirate!
High stakes to aspire to, no game has reached the artistic heights of the ending to Lasagna Cat

Any and all Ludonarratives made by the company thus far, have never gotten off the ground though.

It's not going to be an active pozzing, but through laziness, like not bothering to set sex preferences for romancables in Fallout 4. If it was.going to be more than pronoun preferences, I think Todd would've included it in is reddit ama answer.
of the "oldschool" devs you either seem to go full sjw soi or be professional, and given he managed to sell the same game for 10 years he probably veers more in that direction.

besides, if they keep it as open as before you can mod in troon killing nazi aliens and no one is gonna give a shit besides some journo puffpieces, and in that case they're probably more distracted by kidfucking mods anyway which keeps them from talking shit about the game.

Honestly they really have not shown any major gameplay sections to the game.

Like people are claiming that there are multiple planets, but planets could essentially just be the equivalent to cities in skyrim. Like everything would be scaled down like Whiterun is and it serves as a quest hub broken up by flight and take off intros rather than just being one full game world like Skyrim.

Enemy variety is another thing, like most enemies in bethesda games turned out to just be different forms of humans/humanoid with very little variation. They may have a generic enemy grunt like SPACE RAIDERS or something so they can re-use the same hobo gear distributed randomly in a group of NPCs. But it's still humanoids. They really need a wide variety of non-humanoid alien creatures.

"PIG NOISES"

They're using way too much of the language that Star Citizen used when it first started.

Hell in some instances it sounds close to how CDPR described Cyberpunk. They have zero footage to back up what they're describing.

If the Limited edition Starfield series X is cool I'll get it, but if it's not I'm going to wait for the Elder Scrolls themed one.

They're going to replace the lone ginger child from the previews with a black girl and people are going to have meltdowns for weeks despite it not effecting the gameplay or anything important at all.
I guess not being propagandized to isn't important. :story:

And if they don't include a black gay tranny then "people" (I use the term loosely) are going to have actual meltdowns for years despite it not effecting the gameplay or anything important at all.

If the game has the racial make up of TNG or Deep Space Nine, people on both sides of the political spectrum are going to find something to bitch about.

It's rare to hear conservatives bitch about TNG's races, sounds like you're trying to pull some Centrist™ "both sides are equally bad" bullshit.
