So I've been browsing youtube shorts, and there is a guy who keeps filming State Farm contractors being total assholes, and all the comments say SF is one of the worst insurance companies to deal with. I have SF, have never needed to file a claim, but am thinking of switching. Any bad experiences with them, or any insurance agency to make it more interesting.

I've always gotten my claim. But it was pretty petty shit. Knock on wood we'll never need anything serious.

They are all I have ever had, but it seems like the best I can get anyway. Deductibles are fucking outrageous. Niggers and spics drive around with no insurance and tptb bend over backwards to suck their dicks if they get caught instead of any correction.

No experience with state farm but don't do business with liberty mutual ever. Just trust me they are horrendously retarded and incompetent. Their agents also have a policy of just hanging up if they can't solve your issue in 2.6 seconds.

Their technology is dated to the point where if you ever had a liberty mutual account, closed it, then opened another with a new broker their website will have a stroke and it will take them 4 months to give you access to a functioning online account.

Their system had accidentally cancelled one of my policies without notifying me or sending out any notices(something they admitted to, not just me being insane) and they were only aware of the error when I requested changes. They then refused to work with my agent to reinstate the policy. Fucking amazing company.
