Ha, I totally called the "Read Kiwifarms erry day" thing. Make an account here!

White people can join the NAACP, even people who arn't Rachel Dolezal. It was formed by both white and black people as a "bi-racial" group, back when blacks didn't really have any power to change things themselves. I don't know any meaningful organization that can run on just transgender individuals given that they are such a small demographic, especially if you are based out of a certain location and can't get random people from the internet to join. If you actually want to make any change (note: you don't) you need to work with people outside of your group to get anything done.

And yes, saying "You can't join because of your gender orientation" is by definition discriminatory :V. What if a trans person theoretically wanted to work with you (lol) but didn't want to out themselves?
This might be late. But I actually looked it up on the NAACP website. It's hard to parse our if they use affirmative action to preferentially choose blacks, but they don't flat out deny employment solely based on race.

Nondiscrimination Policy
The NAACP is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. As such, it is the continuing policy of the NAACP to take affirmative action to assure equal opportunity for all employees or prospective employees without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, genetic information, veteran status, physical or mental disability, and any other categories protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

So Staph is dumb. The best example for her would be a RELIGIOUS institution being able to discriminate based on ideology.

I'm pretty sure the whole thing has an easy workaround anyway. You interview a candidate of your preferred race/sexual orientation/gender/whatever, you interview a non-preferred candidate. Non-preferred has more skills, more education, whatever, but you really want the preferred candidate for technically illegal reasons. No problem - preferred candidate "shows more initiative," "would be a good fit for the company culture," "had better rapport in the interview," fucking whatever. Things that are certainly not measurable but sound reasonable enough to not get you dinged for discrimination.

Adopted cows are my favorite cows because without fail, they have a True Family Saga, seek out the name of their birth parents and reclaim their birth name either fully or just the last name, and then try to forcibly reconnect, leading to full rejection 2 and a helluva meltdown. Like with everything, Lazy Stephanie is taking her sweet time of the True Family saga, but by god is she hitting all the milestones perfectly.
